Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced the opening, noting that the complex’s infrastructure is designed for employees of resident companies of the SEZ, local residents, and all sports enthusiasts.
For visitors’ comfort, the facility includes all necessary amenities: locker rooms with showers, a medical unit, and a café.
The total area of the complex is 17,000 square meters, and its daily capacity can reach up to 2,000 visitors.
The multifunctional complex includes:
- ice arenas
- a football field with artificial turf
- six courts for padel tennis and squash
- gyms and choreography halls
The true centerpiece of the complex is its two ice arenas, already being used by children’s sports schools for hockey and figure skating.
Thanks to a unified management system and the ability to remotely adjust all engineering systems, optimal conditions are created for alternating between different sports.
This ensures ideal parameters for athletes — from ice temperature and surface quality to the overall microclimate in the facility.
PROSTOR supplied equipment and carried out works in the following areas:
- energy-efficient refrigeration system
- water treatment system with reverse osmosis
- ventilation system with adsorption dehumidification
- shooting zone with accessories
- wear-resistant plastic-coated furniture for athletes’ locker rooms
- two professional hockey dasher boards with boxes for substitutes, referees, and penalty players
- protective netting around the perimeter of the ice arenas.
