Dehumidifier Operation Diagram

The dehumidifier is designed with two airflows, which are moved by the rotational energy of the fan wheels. The airflow to be dehumidified passes through the adsorption section of the rotor, where the porous fiber structure of the silica gel absorbs moisture.
To implement the necessary cyclical process and remove previously absorbed moisture from the rotor, a regeneration line is used. In this process, the regeneration airflow is heated to high temperatures before passing through the rotor. This heat causes the moisture to be released from the rotor, which is then expelled outside.
Depending on the required parameters for the dehumidified air, the temperature of the air in the regeneration line can be adjusted.
