Crystal-Clear Work by PROSTOR

A three-story multifunctional sports complex—“Kristall” Ice Palace—has opened in Luzhniki, showcasing PROSTOR’s cutting-edge technologies.

The Ice Palace features two full-sized hockey arenas (60x28m).

PROSTOR’s Contributions:

• Design and implementation of the upper concrete technological slabs of the ice fields, including:
• Refrigeration pipe systems for the ice fields
• Supply and installation of PROSTOR’s international-class frameless hockey board system—SFB, one of the safest board systems in the world.
• Heating pipe systems for the structural base
• Supply and installation of PROSTOR’s international-class frameless hockey board system—SFB, one of the safest board systems in the world.

According to IIHF (International Ice Hockey Federation) regulations, this type of board is installed in arenas hosting professional and international competitions, including KHL-level events.

This board system meets and exceeds all FHR (Russian Ice Hockey Federation) and VHL (Supreme Hockey League) safety requirements, ensuring a high level of safety and comfort for professional hockey players and figure skaters.

Crystal-clear ice is made possible by PROSTOR’s “AquaIce” water treatment system, which features reverse osmosis filtration to maintain top-quality ice throughout the arena’s operational lifespan.
