As part of a large‑scale city initiative to create 128 year‑round sports facilities of a new format, one of them opened in November 2025 in the park near Svyatoye Lake, in the Kosino‑Ukhtomsky district. The facility was built on the site of a former, outdated sports zone.
PROSTOR equipped the sports ground with a modern hockey board system featuring LED lighting. The sports complex includes a 1,800 m² multi‑purpose sports area, a multifunctional pavilion with comfortable changing rooms, a café with a summer terrace, a medical station, and a security room. Spectator stands have also been installed. In winter, the site operates as an ice rink for figure skating and hockey; in summer, it transforms into a space for basketball, mini‑football, floorball, and other team sports. The facility is visited by over 2,000 local residents every week.
