The units operate in the range from 1,000 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h. A suitable air preparation system, as well as adaptive modes for regulating temperature and humidity in accordance with the operation of water attractions, visitor activity, outdoor air conditions, and optimal energy consumption, are the main functional requirements for pool units.

    Operating Modes:

    • Without dehumidification, the pool is not in use.
    • With dehumidification, the pool is not in use.
    • With or without dehumidification, the pool is in use.
    • Operation during transitional and summer periods.
    • Operation at high air temperatures.

    Thermal Brake System (TBS)

    The “Comfort” series climate control units are manufactured with the use of the TBS (Thermal Brake System), which significantly improves the sound and thermal insulation characteristics of the unit’s casing.

    The TBS system includes a design where the components have thermal break inserts that prevent the formation of thermal bridges and substantially enhance the insulation properties. These thermal break inserts are integrated into both the supporting aluminum profile and the panels of the unit. Additionally, the TBS system uses a double seal that creates an air gap around the perimeter of the panel. According to European classification, the TBS system complies with TV2 class standards.

    The casing of the PROSTOR “Comfort” series climate unit consists of aluminum profiles with thermal break, multi-layer panels, and connecting elements.

    Panel Construction of the Unit:

    • Inner wall – galvanized steel sheet
    • Outer wall – painted galvanized steel sheet (RAL 7004)
    • Load-bearing plastic profile
    • Inner layer – thermal and sound insulation based on basalt fiber

    The internal and external panels are made of galvanized sheet metal, with a thickness of 0.9 mm. The outer panel is coated with RAL 9010 paint for both internal and external applications. The space between the panel walls is filled with mineral wool with a density of 80 kg/m³. The mineral wool is securely bonded to the panel walls across the structure of the mineral plate, under temperature and pressure conditions. This construction method ensures that the panel has excellent structural and thermal-sound insulation properties.
