Water quality for ice filling is one of the most important components in the technological chain for producing high-quality ice.
The water treatment equipment includes several stages of water purification followed by heating to 55-60°C, usually achieved through the heat recovery system from the refrigeration unit.
Based on existing experience, specialists at PROSTOR-L LLC have developed an affordable and effective water treatment system for ice rinks.
The water treatment system manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC includes:
A mechanical impurity removal water filter.
A de-ironing filter.
A water softening module.
An reverse osmosis unit Nуст. = from 3 to 4.5 kW, water flow = 2.2 m³/h.
A flow heater Nуст. = from 24 to 45 kW.
A water circulation pump Nуст. = from 0.75 to 2 kW.
A water heating storage tank (optional).
The system maintains the set parameters in automatic mode and is designed for 10 years of operation. The functional scheme provides the possibility of integration with the heat recovery system from the refrigeration unit.
At the customer’s request, the water treatment system can be supplemented with a function to adjust the mineral composition of the water to create different shades of ice and regulate hardness.
The system’s configuration is confirmed after receiving the water analysis from the customer, taken from the site in accordance with GOST R 51232-98 “Drinking Water.”
