“Berezki” Ice Arena

Completed:

• Project works in the sections “Cooling Supply and Ice Rink Field Design” stage “RD”.

• Supply and installation of the Sportchill-250 “Comfort-Efficient” refrigeration unit, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), for year-round operation of the indoor ice rink with dimensions 20×38 m, cooling capacity for ice field cooling of 214 kW (at To −17 °C, Tk +45 °C), with a satellite circuit for the air conditioning system of the ice rink zone, including options:

  1. Recovery system for ground heating to prevent freezin.
  2. Recovery system for heating the snow-melting tank.
  3. Recovery system for heating water in the ice resurfacer tank.
• Installation of the concrete technological slab of the ice rink field with pipe systems for the ice rink cooling and ground heating systems.
• Supply and installation of “SportArena” hockey boards, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), with boxes for players, penalty box, and referees. The board fencing is made of tempered glass with a height of 1600 mm, secured using shortened semi-circular aluminum posts and a polycarbonate profile along the full height of the glass.
• Supply and installation of the “Aqualed” water treatment system, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), with a capacity of 1.5 m³.
• Supply and installation of a tank with a heat exchanger BTS FRS, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), made of stainless steel for the disposal of ice chips.
