“Solntsevo” Ice Palace

Completed:

• Project work in the sections “Refrigeration”, “Technology Plate Structure of the Ice Field”, “Ventilation and Dehumidification of the Ice Arena Air”, stage “RD”.

• Delivery and installation of a refrigeration unit in a mobile container-type machine room, Sportchold-520 “Effective-Tandem”, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), for year-round operation of covered ice rinks sized 28×58 m and 14×30 m, with a cooling capacity of 425 kW (at outdoor temperature −17 °C, rink temperature +45 °C), with options:

  1. Heat recovery system for ground heating to protect against freezing.
  2. Heat recovery system for heating the snow-melting tank.
  3. Heat recovery system for heating the water in the ice resurfacer tank.
• Delivery and installation of a monoblock supply and exhaust system with an absorption dehumidifier, capacity of 15,000 m³/h, “ComfortArena” type C2 15-30, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
• Construction of the upper concrete technology plate for two ice fields with pipe systems for refrigeration and ground heating.
• Delivery and installation of stainless steel drainage trays around the perimeter of the ice field, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
• Delivery and installation of a stainless steel heat exchanger for utilizing ice shavings in the snow-melting pit, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
• Delivery and installation of a common water treatment system “Aqualed”, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), with a capacity of 2.5 m³ for two ice rinks.
• Delivery and installation of “SportArena” hockey boards, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), complete with player, penalty box, and referee boxes.
