Ice Sports Center with Two Rinks on Botanicheskaya Street

Completed:

• Project work in the sections “Refrigeration”, “Ice field technology slab construction”, “Ventilation and dehumidification of the ice arena” at the “RD” stage.

• Supply and installation of two Sportholod-400 “Comfort-Efficient” refrigeration units, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), for year-round operation of two covered ice rinks, each with a size of 26×56 m. The cooling capacity for ice field cooling is 364 kW (at To −17 °C, Tk +45 °C), with the following options:

  1. Recovery system for heating the ground to protect against freezing.
  2. Recovery system for heating the snow melting tank.
  3. Recovery system for heating the water in the ice resurfacer tank.
  4. Recovery system for heating the ice arena.
• Construction of the upper, backfill, technological slab of the ice fields with a pipe system for refrigeration of the ice fields and a pipe system for ground heating.
• Supply and installation of “SportArena” hockey boards, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), with player, penalty, and referee boxes.
• Supply and installation of two monoblock supply and exhaust units with an adsorption dehumidifier, 10,000 m³/h performance, “ComfortArena” C2 12-25, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
• Supply and installation of the “AquaLёd” water preparation system, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia), with a performance of 2.5 m³ for two ice resurfacing machines.
• Supply and installation of BTS FRS stainless steel tanks with heat exchangers for the disposal of ice shavings, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
• Supply and installation of drainage trays around the perimeter of the ice fields, made of stainless steel, manufactured by PROSTOR-L LLC (Russia).
